White House Tries to 'Flood the Zone' To Get Hill Support for Syria Strike
As Secretary of State Kerry expresses confidence Congress will back Obama's decision for a military strike on Syria, the administration tries to 'flood the zone' with calls to lawmakers amid doubts on Capitol Hill attack will be approved.
